The ₹1200 Crore Success Story: Province D Olympia Awaits

ATS Homekraft is developing 'Province D Olympia,' a 63-acre plotted township near the upcoming Noida International Airport. As part of a larger 100-acre development along the Yamuna Expressway in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh, the project has seen exceptional demand, with around 400 residential plots worth over ₹1,200 crore already sold.

Receiving over 1,000 expressions of interest, the first phase of the project was fully booked, with plot prices ranging from ₹2 crore to ₹4 crore. A second phase, featuring approximately 200 additional plots, is planned for launch soon. The township will feature 35% green space and includes the existing ‘ATS Allure’ group housing project with 1,100 apartments. Future developments within the township will include serviced apartments and a high-street retail hub.

ATS Group has a strong track record, having delivered over 4,000 homes across Noida, Gurugram, and Chandigarh in the past 30 months. In October, ATS Homekraft successfully sold 340 luxury homes worth ₹825 crore in the first phase of 'Sanctuary 105' on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, with a second phase of 400 flats set to launch this year.
