The Planning Department, Uttar Pradesh has invited bids for the design, engineering, and procurement of construction services for non-residential buildings in Ayodhya.
The contract, estimated at ₹161 crore, will be executed on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis and includes the establishment of the 6th battalion of the State Special Force / Provincial Armed Constabulary along with other institutional facilities. The scope of work covers complete civil construction, internal and external services, and allied infrastructure required for the functioning of these establishments.
The project has a completion timeline of 18 months, followed by a three-year defect liability period (DLP). The initiative aims to strengthen the state’s security infrastructure while providing modern facilities for personnel stationed at the battalion and associated institutions.
Interested contractors and firms are required to submit their bids by 07 April 2026.
