The Government of Maharashtra has issued a tender for the appointment of a Project Management Consultant (PMC) on a turnkey basis for the development of a new government medical college and a 430-bed allied hospital in Ambarnath, Thane.
The contract is estimated at Rs 403.89 crore, with the PMC tasked with supervising the entire project and ensuring its completion within the designated timeline. The medical college will accommodate 100 students, while the hospital will deliver essential healthcare services to the community. This initiative aims to enhance medical education and strengthen healthcare infrastructure in the region.
The deadline for bid submission is 20 March 2026.
