TATA Projects Bags ₹800 Cr. Deal for Gurugram's 'The Trillion'

TATA Projects has secured a ₹800 crore contract from Experion Developers to construct ‘The Trillion’, a luxury residential project located in Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana.

The flagship development will feature 45-storey towers spanning 2.5 million sq. ft., positioning it among the tallest residential projects in the region. Part of Experion’s ₹2,500 crore investment plan, The Trillion is designed to redefine high-rise luxury living in North India, offering world-class amenities, sustainable architecture, and curated lifestyle experiences.

Registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA), the project reflects the rising demand for premium housing in the National Capital Region (NCR). Leveraging TATA Projects’ expertise in sustainable and precision-driven construction, the development aims to deliver quality homes aligned with Experion’s vision of building globally benchmarked communities.
