TARC Triumphs: Luxury Tripundra Project Secures OC 1 Year Early!

TARC has received the occupancy certificate (OC) for its luxury residential project, TARC Tripundra, ahead of schedule—marking a major milestone in the company’s development timeline.

Situated in the Pushpanjali Farms area of South Delhi, Tripundra offers premium 3- and 4-bedroom residences designed around wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle-focused living. Launched in FY2023 with an expected completion in FY2026, the project includes high-end amenities and strategic access to key business hubs and leisure destinations. TARC has continued to refine the project’s design and features, earning strong customer appreciation for its finishes, landscaping, and overall lifestyle experience.

With the OC secured, the company will now begin the formal handover process, marking an important revenue milestone. As TARC noted, “This achievement reinforces our ability to deliver exceptional design-driven projects on time and within budget.”
