Talbros Automotive Seals ₹580 Crore in New Orders, Electrifying Growth

Talbros Automotive Components Ltd. (TACL), along with its joint ventures, has secured orders worth approximately ₹580 crore over the next five years from leading OEMs across domestic and international markets, including Europe. These orders span TACL’s core product lines—gaskets, heat shields, forgings, chassis components, and hoses.

The sealing business contributed around ₹260 crore in orders, comprising ₹180 crore from gaskets and heat shields and ₹80 crore from forgings. Of this, ₹150 crore is export-oriented, primarily targeting the European market—underscoring TACL’s growing presence in high-quality, competitive international segments.

Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems, a joint venture, secured ₹290 crore in orders for chassis components, with nearly 50% catering to electric vehicles (EVs), reflecting the shift toward sustainable mobility.

Another JV, Talbros Marugo Rubber, garnered ₹30 crore in domestic orders for hoses and anti-vibration parts, scheduled for commercial production in H2 FY26.

TACL and its joint ventures operate 10 manufacturing facilities across Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Maharashtra, backed by a dedicated R&D center in Faridabad.
