Bihar’s aviation infrastructure is getting a major boost! Work at Muzaffarpur's Patahi Airport is progressing at a rapid pace to bring commercial flights back under the UDAN scheme. Spanning 106 acres, the upgrade includes a brand-new prefabricated steel terminal, boundary wall construction, and runway recarpeting. Although officials have a 10-month timeline, they are aiming for an expedited finish to get passengers flying sooner. Along with essential passenger amenities and parking bays, the site will also feature an aviation training center.
