Synergys Kicks Off ₹52.47 Cr Hong Fu Factory Build

Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global has received a work order from Taiwan-based Hong Fu Industrial Group, a leading global footwear manufacturer, for civil construction works at its upcoming facility in SIPCOT Park, Panapakkam, Ranipet, Chennai.

The contract pertains to Phase 1B of a non-leather footwear factory and is valued at approximately ₹52.47 crore. The project is slated for completion by April 2026, marking an important milestone for both Hong Fu’s expansion in India and Sathlokhar Synergys’ growing footprint in industrial infrastructure development.

Hong Fu Industrial Group, through its subsidiary Grand Atlantia Panapakkam SEZ Developers, is investing ₹1,500 crore to establish this state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which will strengthen India’s position in the global footwear supply chain.
