Swara Baby’s Rs 558 Crore Leap into Global Hygiene Markets

Swara Baby Products is scaling up its manufacturing footprint with a Rs 558.47 crore investment for a new facility in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. The plant will boost production of essential hygiene goods, including sanitary napkins, adult incontinence items, and baby diapers—driving the company's total annual capacity for baby diapers to 4,124 million units.

Having already deployed Rs 159.65 crore into the project by May 2026, the company plans to fund the remaining balance through a mix of IPO proceeds, external debt, and internal accruals. This expansion builds upon Swara Baby’s existing footprint of four plants and 20 production lines across Pithampur and Indore, ultimately fueling its strategic growth across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and North Africa.
