Strategic Win: KPI Green Energy’s 534 MW Solar Milestone.

KPI Green Energy Limited has received major orders from Adani Green Energy Limited and Adani Green Energy Six Limited for the Balance of System (BoS) package for 534 MW of solar power projects at Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat.

Under these contracts, KPI Green Energy will be responsible for the supply of goods, including manufacturing, procurement, packing, transportation, factory acceptance tests, and the provision of commissioning and mandatory spares, consumables, and related materials. The company will also deliver comprehensive onsite services covering unloading, storage, installation, testing, commissioning, and civil, mechanical, and electrical works, along with project handover and performance guarantee testing.

The projects will be executed in a phased manner in accordance with the timelines specified in the respective agreements.

These orders further strengthen KPI Green Energy’s role as a reliable execution partner for large-scale utility solar projects and align with its strategy to expand its BoS and EPC capabilities. The development also contributes to the expansion of India’s renewable energy infrastructure, particularly in the solar-rich Kutch region of Gujarat.
