Srinagar's Lifeline: PMC Bids for Jhelum's Future

The Urban Environmental Engineering Department of Jammu & Kashmir is currently seeking proposals for the engagement of a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firm to oversee a vital project focused on the preservation of the Jhelum River in Srinagar.

The selected consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive PMC services to ensure the successful execution of the project titled 'Pollution Abatement and Conservation of River Jhelum at Chuntikul and GawKadal Areas,' which falls under the ambit of the National River Conservation Plan.

The consultancy contract spans a duration of 36 months, during which the appointed firm will be instrumental in steering the project towards its goals.
