Spectrum Electrical Industries has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra for a proposed investment of ₹110 crore aimed at expanding its industrial operations in the state.
The agreement was executed on 06 May 2026 during the Government of Maharashtra Investment Summit 2026 in Nashik. The proposed project will be developed at the Talegaon Akrale Industrial Area in Dindori, Maharashtra, strengthening the company’s manufacturing presence in the region.
The investment is expected to create direct and indirect employment opportunities for around 525 people, contributing to regional industrial and economic development. The project is also expected to enhance the company’s production capabilities while supporting the growth of the local industrial ecosystem in Dindori and nearby areas.
The MoU reflects Maharashtra’s continued emphasis on attracting industrial investments and promoting manufacturing-led growth across key industrial corridors. Spectrum Electrical Industries’ expansion aligns with the state’s broader strategy of strengthening infrastructure, enhancing industrial capacity, and supporting employment generation in emerging industrial zones.
