Deep-tech aerospace and defense startup SpaceFields Pvt. Ltd. has received approval from the Andhra Pradesh government for the allotment of 120 acres of land at the Thimmasamudram Industrial Park in Anantapur district. The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru-incubated company will utilize the land to establish an advanced solid propellant processing facility. With commercial production scheduled to begin by July 2028, the project is projected to generate approximately 300 highly skilled direct jobs in the region.
