The contract, valued at Rs 71.31 crore, has been awarded by BSS Property Ventures and Rajeshwar Property Ventures, with Brookfield Properties as the major stakeholder. The scope of work includes large-scale foundation activities such as the excavation of approximately 450,000 cubic metres of soil and rock, installation of 300 mm diameter shore piles to an average depth of 15 metres, and associated rock anchoring works.

This order reinforces SIIL’s standing as a key player in specialised civil engineering and foundation works in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Commenting on the development, Vikram Sharma, Managing Director, SIIL, said, “This win is a significant milestone in our strategy to aggressively capture high-value projects.”

The project highlights SIIL’s expertise in handling complex excavation and piling assignments and represents a significant contribution to the development of world-class infrastructure in Mumbai.
