Shriram's North Bengaluru Boost: ₹600 Cr Row House Plan

Shriram Properties has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with a landowner to develop a premium row houses project in North Bengaluru.

The project, spread across seven acres, is expected to have a gross development value (GDV) of ₹600 crore and is slated for launch in the next financial year.

According to Akshay Murali, Vice President – Business Development, Shriram Properties, the project’s strategic location, coupled with robust infrastructure growth and proximity to the upcoming biodiversity park, makes it an ideal destination for premium housing.

The development is set to enhance North Bengaluru’s residential landscape, catering to the rising demand for upscale homes in one of the city’s fastest-growing corridors.
