Shirke Tech Bags ₹930 Cr Sarojini Nagar Housing Deal

B G Shirke Construction Technology has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for the redevelopment of the GPRA Colony at Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi.

The project entails the construction of 800 Type-V residential quarters, a community hall, ancillary buildings, and supporting infrastructure, including the main entrance gate and Swachh Bharat toilets. The work will be executed on a design, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis, along with operation and maintenance (O&M) services for a period of five years.

Valued at ₹930.24 crore, the contract covers comprehensive construction and infrastructure upgrades. To be carried out under the supervision of NBCC, the project forms a key component of the government’s initiative to modernise and upgrade residential facilities for central government employees.
