Shayona Corpn. Wins ₹600 Cr Thane Housing Mega-Project

Shayona Corpn. is set to spearhead a landmark affordable housing venture in Thane's Betawade village after emerging as the L1 bidder. Spanning an investment of ₹600.80 crore, the project will deliver 3,084 modern dwelling units tailored for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana–Urban 2.0 (PMAY-U 2.0) framework. Executed via an end-to-end EPC model, the development goes beyond residential blocks to integrate vital civic infrastructure, community facilities, and supporting services—marking a vital step forward in Maharashtra's urban development journey.
