Senvion & KP Group Forge 2,000 MW Wind Powerhouse in India

Senvion India has signed a multi-year framework agreement with KP Group—including KPI Green Energy, KP Energy, and KP Green Engineering—to jointly develop up to 2,000 MW of wind and wind-solar hybrid projects across India.

The three-year partnership covers multiple states, with KP Group responsible for site identification, land acquisition, permits, and the balance of plant (BoP) scope, including civil works, internal roads, foundations, electrical systems up to interconnection, and grid evacuation approvals. Senvion India will supply wind turbine generators through project-specific supply agreements.

The collaboration aims to provide customers with a turnkey solution, accelerating project execution, minimizing hand-offs, and enhancing accountability across all project phases.
