Jai Ambey Roadlines has secured a contract from South Eastern Coalfields for the hiring of heavy earth moving machinery (HEMM), including excavators, tippers, dozers, motor-graders, and water sprinklers.
The contract covers excavation of soft soil above coal seams, loading into tippers, transportation, unloading, dumping, dozing, and scraping/removal of all bands. It also includes preparation and maintenance of haul roads, water sprinkling, and material spreading at the site. The scope involves handling 0.93 million cubic metres of material over three years.
Valued at ₹883.71 crore, the project represents a major step in enhancing excavation and transportation operations at the Gevra coal mine.
