SeasonTwo Living & RPS Group Sign ₹1,500 Cr Senior-Living Deal

SeasonTwo Living and RPS Group have entered into a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop and operate high-quality active-living and senior-living communities across India.

The initial Phase 1 rollout targets approximately 2,000 residential and operating keys spanning around 10 strategic cities, with an estimated development value of ₹1,500 crore. The phased expansion will kick off in Goa, Delhi, and Varanasi before expanding into key growth hubs across the country, significantly boosting India’s emerging senior-care ecosystem.
