₹824 Crore Boost: Mahabubnagar's Mega Makeover is Here

Mahabubnagar, a major town in Telangana, is poised for a significant transformation with the announcement of a ₹824 crore funding package for key urban development projects.

The funds, secured through the joint efforts of MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy and Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, include ₹603 crore for an underground drainage system and ₹221 crore for a new drinking water pipeline network. This represents the largest-ever investment in Mahabubnagar’s urban infrastructure, aimed at enhancing civic amenities and improving residents’ quality of life.

The announcement was made by District Congress Committee General Secretary Abdul Siraj Khadri, who commended the leadership’s vision for comprehensive and sustainable development of the region.
