₹74 Cr Bengaluru Bank of Baroda Project: HSCL Invites Bids

Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL) has floated a tender for the construction and development of a commercial building for Bank of Baroda at Financial City, Hardware Park, in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The project involves the construction of a basement + G+3 commercial building on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis. HSCL will serve as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) on behalf of Bank of Baroda.

The estimated project cost is ₹74.19 crore, with a completion timeline of 24 months from the date of award.

The last date for bid submission is 23 July 2025.
