₹573 Cr. Megaproject: SCCL Launches Massive Telangana Mining Tender

Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) has floated a tender for excavation, loading, transportation, and associated works at the SRP OC-II Expansion Project in the Srirampur Area, Telangana.

The scope of work involves drilling, excavation, transportation, dumping, spreading, and leveling of approximately 450.565 lakh cubic meters (LBCM) of in-situ overburden (OB), including:

2.535 LBCM of topsoil, 9.185 LBCM of subsoil, 413.790 LBCM of hard OB, 25.055 LBCM of coal

Additional components of the contract include 3,000 shovel hours, 3,000 dozer hours, and 220,000 running meters (RMT) of drilling.

The project, estimated at ₹573.03 crore, is expected to be completed within 36 months.

Interested bidders can submit their proposals by 12 November 2025.
