Arkade Developers has acquired redevelopment rights for a 1.1-acre housing society in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai. The upcoming project will offer approximately 86,000 sq. ft. of saleable area and is expected to generate revenue of ₹350 crore.
The development will feature a blend of residential and commercial spaces and marks Arkade’s fifth project in the Goregaon–Malad micro-market. The company already has four completed and three ongoing projects in the region.
Commenting on the development, Amit Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Arkade Developers, said, “Our foray into yet another society redevelopment project in Goregaon reaffirms Arkade’s strong and growing footprint in this vital Mumbai suburb.” He highlighted the company’s commitment to building “vibrant, future-ready spaces” that serve both residents and the wider community.
This project follows a series of recent strategic acquisitions by Arkade, including a 6.28-acre land parcel in Thane for ₹172.48 crore, a large-scale redevelopment in Borivali valued at ₹865 crore, and a Dahisar project worth ₹1,700 crore.
