₹1350 Crore Punjab Push by Vardhman Amrante & Oswal Group

Vardhman Amrante, a real estate initiative backed by the Oswal Group, has announced a ₹1,350 crore investment in Punjab over the next three years.

The funding will be directed toward residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and allied sectors, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to Punjab’s urban and economic development.

Initial projects will be centered in Ludhiana, a major urban hub, with expansion planned across other fast-growing regions of the state. The investment is underpinned by the Oswal Group’s strong financial foundation.
