Rs 1350 Crore Residential Haven Coming to Versova by Godrej

Godrej Properties has announced its inaugural land acquisition in Versova, a prestigious residential area in Andheri West, Mumbai.

The project is projected to generate Rs 1,350 crore in revenue and will span approximately 4.4 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area. It will primarily offer premium residential units in a variety of configurations.

Versova's prime location ensures excellent connectivity, with access to the Versova Metro, Western Express Highway, and Link Road. The area is well-supported by a robust social infrastructure, including top schools, hospitals, entertainment hubs, and proximity to key business districts, driving the growing demand for residential properties. Additionally, the upcoming Bandra-Versova Sea Link (BVSL) is set to further improve connectivity to Bandra and South Mumbai, enhancing the area's attractiveness for homebuyers.
