RR Thulasi Builders Secures ₹149 Cr. Panvel Hospital Project

RR Thulasi Builders (I) has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a key healthcare infrastructure project awarded by Panvel Nagar Parishad in Maharashtra.

Valued at approximately ₹149.16 crore, the contract involves the construction of a 450-bed Mother & Child Care Hospital (Hirkani) at Plot No. 8A + 8B, Sector 18, New Panvel (West). The project scope primarily focuses on civil construction, forming the structural foundation for the state-of-the-art facility.

This development marks a significant step in strengthening medical infrastructure in the Panvel region of Navi Mumbai, addressing the growing need for specialised maternal and child healthcare services. Once completed, the hospital is expected to offer advanced, dedicated care for women and children—enhancing public health outcomes in the area.
