Royal Orchid Hotels Eyes 345 Properties by 2030

Royal Orchid Hotels announced a strong financial performance for Q1 FY27 (ended June 30, 2026), driven by robust business and leisure demand, operational efficiency, and ongoing portfolio expansion.

The group's pan-India footprint has expanded to 123+ hotels and 11,350+ keys (including signed properties), bolstered by five new openings (237 keys) in Hyderabad, Tirupati, Ahmedabad, and Rishikesh during the quarter. Operating on an asset-light growth model, the company maintains a strong pipeline of 50+ upcoming properties exceeding 3,600 keys, targeting key business corridors, pilgrimage centers, leisure hubs, and metro gateways.

Aligned with Vision 2030 to scale up to 345 hotels and 22,000 keys, Chairman and Managing Director Chander K. Baljee noted that the company is ideally positioned to capitalize on India’s booming hospitality landscape.
