RITES Wins Major Project for New Medical College and Hospital in Amravati

RITES has secured a prestigious contract to manage the construction of a new government medical college and hospital in Amravati, Maharashtra. The Project Management Consultancy (PMC) work will be handled on a turnkey basis, ensuring comprehensive oversight from start to finish.

Awarded by the Directorate of Medical Education & Research in Mumbai, this significant project will feature a medical college designed to accommodate 100 students. The facility will also include a 430-bed hospital, addressing the growing healthcare needs of the region and providing essential medical education infrastructure.

The total estimated cost of the project, including PMC fees, stands at Rs. 321.30 crore, exclusive of GST. This substantial investment underscores the commitment to enhancing healthcare and medical education in Maharashtra.
