Real estate developer Richville Infra has announced an investment of approximately ₹500 crore to construct a premium residential project, Tirthankar Abode, in Ludhiana, Punjab. Spread across five acres on Hambran Road, the development will feature 100 specialised housing units designed tailored for senior citizens and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). The project aims to tap into the region's growing demand for high-end, lifestyle-oriented living and is projected to generate roughly ₹1,000 crore in total revenue upon completion. This strategic venture underscores Richville Infra's commitment to strengthening its footprint in Punjab's residential real estate market.
