Revanth Reddy Fast-Tracks Hyderabad Metro Phase 2 in Old City

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has fast-tracked the Hyderabad Metro Rail Phase 2 expansion, ordering immediate road-widening works and tenders for the 7.5-km MGBS-to-Chandrayangutta corridor in the Old City. Chairing a high-level review, he also advised consulting the Delhi Metro on technical options and directed officials to procure extra coaches to handle future passenger traffic. Additionally, the Chief Minister reviewed preparations for the upcoming Invest Telangana Global Summit slated for December, calling for a report on the investments secured from the previous year's event.
