Raymond Realty Races Ahead with Early Delivery & Rs 4,101 Cr Pipeline

Raymond Realty’s Q2 FY27 operational update highlights a major early delivery milestone: the receipt of the occupation certificate (OC) for Tower B of The Address by GS Season One in Thane. Spanning over 3,44,000 sq. ft. across 270 units, the project was completed approximately 18 months ahead of its scheduled RERA timeline. Building on this momentum, the company is accelerating its footprint across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) with a robust pipeline of upcoming launches representing a gross development value (GDV) of over Rs 4,101 crore, including two key joint development projects in Mahim, Mumbai. These milestones are set to support the company's pre-sales targets for the fiscal year.
