Raj Cooling Systems is expanding beyond its traditional industrial cooling portfolio, entering new categories including residential and commercial cooling solutions, home appliances, and molded engineering products. This strategic diversification is aimed at broadening the company’s market presence and building long-term resilience.
“We have already shipped pilot quantities, and scaled volumes are planned for the coming quarters,” said Kalpesh Ramoliya, Chairman and Managing Director of Raj Cooling Systems. “Diversification at Raj Cooling is a long-term strategy, not a short-term switch,” he added, emphasizing the company’s commitment to sustainable growth.
On the domestic front, Raj Cooling plans to significantly scale its distribution network by FY26, aiming to onboard over 11,000 dealers and 1,000 distributors across 27 states and 500 cities, with a strong focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets such as Assam, West Bengal, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, and Jammu & Kashmir.
Currently operating with 5,000 dealers and 500 distributors in western India, the company seeks to replicate its successful regional model nationwide. This includes localised inventory management, faster delivery systems, and robust after-sales service—strategies designed to strengthen domestic market penetration while supporting its growing export ambitions.
