Puravankara Ltd has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for the development of a residential project on an 11.23-acre land parcel in Doddagubbi, North Bengaluru, with an estimated revenue potential of approximately ₹1,100 crore.
The Bengaluru-based real estate developer has partnered with the landowner for the project, which is expected to offer a total developable area of around 0.74 million square feet. The company has not disclosed the identity of the landowner or the planned investment for the development.
The project reinforces Puravankara’s focus on expanding its residential portfolio in key growth corridors of Bengaluru and capitalizing on sustained demand in the city's housing market.
The announcement follows a strong financial performance by the company in FY26, during which it reported a net profit of ₹56.75 crore, compared with a net loss of ₹182.92 crore in the previous fiscal year. Total income increased significantly to ₹3,846.42 crore from ₹2,093.13 crore, reflecting improved operational performance and business growth.
