Alligator Automations, a leading provider of end-of-line packaging and robotic automation solutions, has inaugurated a new ₹40-crore manufacturing facility in Pune.
The expansion represents a major step toward the company’s vision of building a world-class Indian engineering organisation and delivering advanced automation systems to global markets. The new plant is expected to triple production capacity, enabling annual manufacturing output worth ₹500–600 crore. Spread across one lakh sq. ft., the facility features advanced fabrication lines, a modern powder-coating unit, automated storage systems, and a fully digital, paperless workflow. These upgrades will allow the company to execute large-scale projects concurrently and reduce delivery timelines by nearly 20 percent.
The facility is also projected to increase exports by 30 percent and generate more than 500 employment opportunities over the next three years. Founder and CEO Srinivas Choudhary stated, “This new plant is a major milestone in our journey to build an engineering company of global scale and global standards from India.”
