Prism Johnson Secures Major Limestone Block in Madhya Pradesh

Prism Johnson has been declared the preferred bidder for the mining lease of the Piparhat-Kubri Limestone Block in Madhya Pradesh.

The lease spans an area of 203.815 hectares across the villages of Piparhat and Kubri in Maihar Tehsil, covering an estimated limestone reserve of 45.21 million tonnes. The announcement was made by the Directorate of Geology and Mining, under the Mineral Resource Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, on 19 September 2025.

Securing this lease strengthens Prism Johnson’s raw material supply chain, supporting its cement production and related construction material operations. This development also reflects the state’s continued push to enhance mineral resource utilization and drive infrastructure and industrial growth in the region.
