PNC Infratech Bags ₹194 Crore Lucknow Flyover Project

PNC Infratech has emerged as the L1 (lowest) bidder for a major urban infrastructure project in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

The project involves the construction of a four-lane flyover along with two loops and two ramps at the Shaheed Path intersection on the right-bank side of the Gomti River. The work will be executed on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis to strengthen urban mobility infrastructure in the state capital.

The quoted contract value stands at ₹194.40 crore. The proposed flyover is aimed at easing congestion and improving traffic flow along one of Lucknow’s key transport corridors. Once completed, the infrastructure is expected to enhance vehicular movement efficiency at the busy Shaheed Path junction and improve overall connectivity across the stretch.

The project has a scheduled construction period of 24 months from the commencement date. Authorities expect the flyover to significantly reduce traffic bottlenecks while improving commuter safety and travel time.

The contract further strengthens PNC Infratech’s presence in India’s road and highway infrastructure sector, particularly in urban connectivity projects being developed under government-led EPC models.
