PFC Steps Up India’s Green Grid Expansion with Kadapa II SPV

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) has incorporated Kadapa II REZ Transmission, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) created to build the transmission infrastructure for Phase 1 of the Kadapa-II Renewable Energy Zone (REZ). Acting through PFC Consulting Ltd. (PFCCL) as the Bid Process Coordinator (BPC), the initiative uses tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) to select a developer. Once the bidding is complete, the SPV will be transferred to the winning developer to integrate renewable energy into India's national power grid.
