Organic Recycling Systems (ORSL) has signed a landmark memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, to advance cutting-edge research and innovation in bioenergy and waste management.
The collaboration will focus on accelerating progress in anaerobic digestion, biomethanation efficiency, digestate valorisation, and modular AD system design. Key research areas include feedstock innovation, microbial dynamics, process modelling, and the development of value-added digestate products. This initiative aims to drive next-generation waste-to-energy solutions and promote sustainable energy practices across India.
The partnership will enable ORSL to leverage world-class scientific expertise to deliver impactful, real-world innovations for the biogas and waste management sectors.
