ONE Group Enters Gurugram's Luxury Segment with The Saavira

ONE Group Developers has secured RERA approval for its ultra-luxury residential project, The Saavira, located in Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana.

This exclusive development will feature a 25-storey high-rise tower comprising 72 meticulously crafted 3.5 and 4.5 BHK residences. Situated on land allocated by the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), the project is slated for completion by 2031. Adding to its premium appeal, The Saavira will include a clubhouse on the first floor and a sky garden on the terrace.

Marking ONE Group Developers’ entry into the high-end luxury segment, the project holds an estimated sales potential of ₹400 crore.
