Oberoi's Sky City: Luxury Retail Takes Flight in Borivali

Oberoi Realty has launched its second mall in Mumbai, Sky City Mall, situated in Borivali East.

As part of the expansive Oberoi Sky City project along the Western Express Highway, the mall offers 12.07 lakh sq. ft. of gross leasable area and is developed by Incline Realty, a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Sky City Mall will feature a diverse mix of retail brands, with INOX introducing a 10-screen multiplex. The mall is strategically positioned to benefit from Metro connectivity and a thriving residential community in the vicinity.

Additionally, Oberoi Realty has collaborated with Marriott International to develop two hotels adjacent to the mall, slated for completion between 2027 and 2028.
