Noida's Cinematic Revolution: Bhutani Bayview Takes Flight!

Bhutani Infra has officially taken possession of the first phase of Bhutani Bayview International Film City in Noida. Spanning 230 acres with an investment of Rs 1,510 crore, this state-of-the-art filmmaking hub is designed to support every stage of production. It will feature cutting-edge sound stages, a dedicated film university, and advanced production facilities.

The project incorporates next-generation infrastructure, including virtual studios, underwater filming facilities, and high-tech LED screens for real-time visualization—eliminating the need for traditional green screens. It aligns with the Uttar Pradesh Film Policy 2023, offering subsidies and incentives to attract investment while creating thousands of jobs.

Strategically located just six km from Noida International Airport in Sector 21, YEIDA, Bhutani Bayview aims to position Noida as a global filmmaking destination. A striking feature in the second phase will be a massive "?" symbol spanning 250 acres, designed to be visible from space. Sustainability is a key focus, with production and commercial spaces targeting GRIHA 4-Star and IGBC Gold Certification.

Anchoring the project is The Gateway, featuring twin towers and a sphere arcade that seamlessly connect commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces. The Island Resort will offer high-end accommodations, fostering a live-work environment. The Film Academy will integrate production facilities to train industry-ready professionals, while The Studios will cater to both domestic and international projects.

The Film Arts Village will host boutique studios, galleries, and workshops, fostering creative synergy. The Red-Carpet Zone will serve as a premier venue for film premieres and industry events, solidifying Noida’s role in global entertainment. Enhancing public engagement, Canal Walk & The Greenway will offer cultural pavilions, waterside dining, and a vibrant waterfront promenade.

With world-class facilities, strategic planning, and a vision for sustainability, Bhutani Bayview International Film City is set to redefine Noida’s standing on the global cinematic stage.
