NIS Management's Major Win: ₹30.77 Cr Reliance Contracts

NIS Management Ltd has secured five work orders from Reliance Projects & Property Management Services Limited for providing housekeeping, pantry support, and other ancillary facility management services.

The company said the aggregate value of the contracts is approximately ₹30.77 crore, inclusive of taxes. The assignments form part of regular facility management operations and are expected to further strengthen NIS Management’s presence in the integrated support services sector.

NIS Management stated that the order win reflects confidence in its operational expertise and workforce capabilities, while also reinforcing its long-standing relationship with Reliance Projects & Property Management Services Limited.

The contracts are expected to enhance the company’s revenue visibility over the upcoming execution period.
