Nextiva, a US-based customer experience technology firm, has launched its largest facility outside the United States—a 35,000 sq. ft. innovation hub in Bengaluru. This strategic expansion underscores India's key role in Nextiva’s global product and technology strategy.
The new hub will serve as a Centre of Excellence (COE), with a primary focus on advancing Nextiva’s AI-powered customer engagement tools and platform capabilities. Having more than doubled its workforce to 300 in the past year, Nextiva plans to hire an additional 150 employees. The Bengaluru hub will play a crucial role in driving the company’s product development, particularly in AI, which is central to its future solutions.
India now leads several critical elements of Nextiva’s development pipeline, including a significant AI-driven customer experience innovation set for a global launch in late 2025. Known for its real-time, multichannel engagement, Nextiva’s platform facilitates over 10 billion customer interactions annually, serving more than 100,000 businesses worldwide. It is already utilized by prominent Indian enterprises like Tata Play, ITC, Xiaomi, and Cred, highlighting both regional adoption and global significance.
The opening of the innovation hub not only strengthens Nextiva’s presence in India but also emphasizes the country’s growing influence as a global technology hub, especially in the development of AI solutions that are transforming the future of customer experience.
