NBCC Secures ₹117 Crore Deal with HUDCO for Key Projects

NBCC (India) Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) to undertake a series of development projects valued at over ₹117 crore.

The MoU was signed by Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman and Managing Director of HUDCO, and K P Mahadevaswamy, CMD of NBCC.

Scope of Work:

Under the agreement, NBCC will execute the following projects on a turnkey basis:

Development of a commercial complex in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Integrated redevelopment of a HUDCO land parcel in Panchkula, Haryana, Construction of new office blocks at HUDCO’s Regional Office in Ahmedabad, Reconstruction of residential flats at the Asian Games Village Complex, New Delhi

Strategic Significance:

These initiatives reinforce NBCC’s expertise in project management consultancy and real estate development, while supporting broader goals of urban renewal, infrastructure enhancement, and alignment with the government’s Smart Cities and Affordable Housing missions.
