NBCC (India) has invited bids for Phase-II infrastructure development works at the permanent campus of Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur in Odisha under the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) model.
The project involves comprehensive responsibilities including planning, design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover of all civil, engineering, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and furniture works in accordance with approved specifications and drawings.
Valued at approximately ₹209.40 crore, the contract also includes site investigations, surveying, architectural and structural design, civil construction, finishing works, waterproofing, and development of green building-compliant infrastructure targeting a minimum four-star GRIHA certification.
In addition, the scope covers complete plumbing and sanitation systems, water supply infrastructure, sewage and stormwater drainage networks, as well as electrical and extra-low voltage (ELV) services. The Phase-II expansion is aimed at creating a sustainable and future-ready academic ecosystem that strengthens academic, residential, and community infrastructure at Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur in line with modern institutional campus standards.
The deadline for submission of bids has been set for 2 June 2026.
