NBCC bags Rs 262 crore deal to revamp MEA Housing in Delhi

NBCC has been awarded a contract valued at Rs 262 crore for the redevelopment of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Housing in New Delhi. The ceremony marking the commencement of the project, known as the 'Bhoomi Poojan,' was held on February 14, 2024, at KG Marg.

The project encompasses the construction of 54 Type-VI Quarters, 18 Type-IV Quarters, and 18 Transit Quarters, underscoring a commitment to delivering contemporary and sustainable housing solutions. The primary aim of the endeavor is to attain a four-star GRIHA rating, emphasizing a dedication to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.

NBCC, entrusted with the implementation of this initiative, reaffirms its dedication alongside the Ministry of External Affairs to enhancing infrastructure and fostering an optimal living environment for the residents.

NBCC operates within the realms of project management consultancy (PMC) and real estate development.
