Nature’s Nest: Starworth’s Newest ₹144 Crore Milestone

Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Ltd (SICL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Puravankara, has received a letter of intent (LoI) for executing civil, structural, waterproofing, finishing, and allied works for the Nature’s Nest residential project.

Located at Survey No. 54/4 in Chinnagenahalli, Doddabanahalli, Bengaluru, the project carries a contract value of ₹144.45 crore, excluding GST and labour cess.

The scope of work covers critical infrastructure components of the residential development and is scheduled for completion within 28 months. The Nature’s Nest project is being developed by NPS Developers and will offer a range of premium residential units.
