NAINA Project Takes Flight: Bid for Better Connectivity

The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) has invited bids for the integrated infrastructure development of the remaining internal roads traversing TPS-2 to TPS-7 under the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA) Project.

This initiative aims to enhance connectivity and accelerate planned urban development within NAINA. The scope of work will be executed over a period of 36 months, focusing on the creation of resilient infrastructure to support future residential, commercial, and industrial expansion.

CIDCO emphasizes that this project will be instrumental in transforming NAINA into a modern, well-connected urban center, in line with Maharashtra’s broader vision for sustainable and inclusive growth.

The deadline for bid submission is 19 September 2025.
