Naidu Fuels AP's Future: ₹20,444 Crore Investment Approved

At the 13th State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) meeting chaired by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, investment proposals worth ₹20,444 crore were approved, with the potential to generate 56,278 jobs.

To date, the SIPB has reviewed proposals totalling ₹8.29 lakh crore, which could create up to 7.62 lakh employment opportunities. Six companies that signed MoUs at the CII Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam received approvals during the meeting. The Chief Minister noted that over 50% of the MoUs signed at the summit have already progressed to the approval stage and directed officials to ensure that foundation stones for these projects are laid within 45 days.

CM Naidu emphasised that Andhra Pradesh’s supportive business ecosystem—backed by reliable water, power, and land availability—is attracting major investors. “We have rebuilt AP’s image, which is why the recent summit received such a tremendous response,” he said.
